Dear ms Blanch,

           I am Duy, your lovely student (although this is just my first time in here and first time to meet you ). I am 13 now and grade 7 of a famous school in Hanoi, Nguyen Truong To. In school, i am Thuc Anh's classmate. The reason i come here and learn English is i want to study abroad, like Singapore, and this class will be a good place to prepare and ready to study abroad. I have studied English for 10 years, so i will be my good chance to upgrade my English skills. I am a bit different from other students. My hobbies are different too. They are watching a race and racing cars on TV and collecting small model cars, like a 1:60 scale car. I have a HUGE collection, about more than 600 cars!! I like playing racing and soccer games, too. " Need for Speed" and " Fifa" are my 2 favorite series of games.

            Next, it is about my family. My family has 3 people. My dad and mom are dentists in 2 famous hospitals, Bach Mai hospital and Dong Da hospital. A secret that only very few people know, is that my mom was translator for President of France's wife, Bernadete Chirac, when she came to Viet Nam. My mom speaks French as well as i speak English. You can visite my mom ' surgery near here. And my dad. He doesn't have much to say, except he gave me his hobby, collecting cars. And the last thing i want to talk about is i want to have good friends, good teachers to have a good environment of learning.
